Announcement: Editorial System Transition (Effective January 2026)

To improve manuscript processing and editorial services, the journal will implement a new editorial management system beginning January 2026.

Submissions from January 2026

All new manuscripts and related editorial processes must use the new editorial system.

Submissions Before January 2026

Manuscripts submitted before January 2026 will continue to be processed in the previous system until completion.
Please note that new submissions and user registrations in the previous system are disabled.

Account Access

Users who cannot log in to the previous system may create a new account in the new system for further communication and processing.

Temporary Closure of Submissions

We would like to inform all authors that manuscript submissions to the journal are temporarily closed until the first week of November.

This decision has been made due to the high number of manuscripts currently received and under review. The temporary closure is intended to ensure that each manuscript can be processed carefully, fairly, and in accordance with the journal’s quality standards.

We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all authors. Submissions will be reopened in the first week of November.
